Had this happen once, trying to replicate but need something to cook
Started campfire
put of tripod and cooking pot (cooking pot was 100% full of water)
cooked some cow steaks
once cow steaks cooked moved steaks into inventory from the pot
Received face melting status and died

place tripod on fie
place cooking pot on fire
cook meat
move meat into inventory straight from pot
die
