Every time I try and to load up DayZ, it shows me the DayZ logo before the menu pops up, and whenever the menu is supposed to show, it gives me a full teal screen with nothing to click on or anything. I contacted Bohemia support and they were not able to help me after 20 emails, back and forth, and I don't know how else I could try and fix the problem.

For me, the only thing I have to do for this problem to keep happening, is just load up the game itself.
Additional Information
I tried many times to verify the game files, and that didn't work. I also had the idea to refund and reinstall the game, but I have too many hours on the game to try that idea.

This sounds as if you are using some kind of startup parameter which causes this. Please remove all of your startup parameters as we do not support them and they cause various issues within the game (the teal screen is usually caused by nosplash / skipintro). Let me know whether that has resolved your issue or not.

I disabled all of the startup parameters and I still get the teal screen. Any other ideas?

We went through the dump files which you have provided to the support, and found out that your graphic unit processor is below the minimum requirements and therefore there is nothing we can do sadly. The minimum system requirements can be found at http://store.steampowered.com/app/221100.
