If you have 2 primary weapons (one in inventory and second in hands) after swaping the weapon from hands drop to the ground. But after next swap weapon which where in a hands is disappear.

Steps To Reproduce
- Take two primary weapons (one in inventory and second in hands).
- Open inventory and swap weapon.
- After swap one weapon will be on the ground.
- Try swap weapon from the ground to hands.
- The weapon that was in hands disappear.

We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described.
This has been most likely caused by the various desync issues, which we are aware of and they have been scheduled for a fix.
