Please try the suggested fixes at http://www.battleye.com/support/faq/, if that does not resolve the issue, you can try removing your BattlEye folder, which can be found in the directory into which you have installed the game. Once done, verify files through steam. If the issues still persist through that, contact BE support directly at http://www.battleye.com/support/ and provide them with as much information as possible so your issue can be resolved.
