At the back of a police station, there is a door with a set of stairs. If you time your jump correctly you will clip through the stairs and you'll be under the ground. This gives a really unfair advantage since if you crouch you're unable to be seen. You're able to pass through everything, including doors, stairs, furnitures, etc.
