So if you Happen to Come across an Oil barrel and Filled with or fill it with water you cannot actually take water from it at All there is no option to Fill from it. Also the Only Way to fill the Oil barrel is by Emptying a Canteen, bottle, or Pot into it, you should Be able to Walk up to a Water well with the Barrel in Hand and Fill it from the Water Well {F32488}
