When ever I would go to use the duct tape to repair an item the damage status would not change and I would no longer be able to use the duct tape to repair the item. Tried on a couple of different items, mainly bandages, but no difference.

You can only repair certain items with the duct tape and only from "badly damaged" to "damaged". Would need to test though

Hello Lylaskitty and thank you for the report.
Currently the limit of repairing with the duct tape is "damaged" status. Using the duct tape on "damaged" item might consume some duct tape, which means the internal value has been set to minimum and it will take more damage for the item to change into badly damaged state than it would previously.
