My character ate some blueberries and became sick. Upon reaching the "Sick" state where the screen is black-and-white, there is a significant performance issue. Once restarting the game, and loading in, the DayZ FPS goes below 1.

We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. However we are aware of the low performance issues in general during the latest patches and they have been scheduled for a fix.
