I begin a new character and the first thing I do in this game is crafting a stone knife but when I do it sometime the stone is invisible in my hand and I can't put it in my inventory, sometime it came directly in my inventory but when I try to use it the knife is like duplicated in my inventory so it take 2 slots. When I relog everything become fine.
