I log in and it's just plains, there are no buildings and no loot whatsoever it simply looks like plains. I know that I am actually in a server since I still have all my loot in servers but cannot move or do anything. I have a video explaining this

Steps I have tried to fix this issue:
1-Uninstall and reinstall game, files.
2-Verify Game files
3-opt into exp and vise versa
4-Cry
Looks like your scene complexity or view distance is set at 0. When you uninstall DayZ it doesn't remove the files in my documents. You should go look at that. Just delete them if you're not sure what to change, it will just set everything to default when you launch the game next time

Please try to delete contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and contents of your Addons folder in the folder where your dayz is installed, then run the file verification in Steam. Once done, let me know if that has resolved your issue.
