Every time now i try to equip a weapon in my hands it puts it away instantly or shortly after i put it in my hands. this has gotten me killed a few times and it seams to happen randomly.

Steps To Reproduce
Put weapon on hot bar and press the corresponding key a few times and it will put it self away. the only way to fix it is to climb on a latter or log out.
