Can confirm this, i was walkign about on devils castle and then all the sudden "I am hypothermic" i make a fireplace and it says im warming up and then like 2 minutes later when im sitting at my cozy fireplace "You are dead"

We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. The issue has been most likely caused by the various desync issues, which we are aware of and they have been scheduled for a fix.
