After logging into a server, about 15 - 20 seconds goes by and the screen completely freezes. I can still hear ambient sound and footsteps, but the screen remains frozen. My cursor shows up when I press esc but no menus show on the screen. I can click where I think the box is and still make selections.

Steps To Reproduce
Log into server, start walking and the screen will freeze. I rolled back drivers and turned settings to very low and managed to keep it from freezing for about 20 to 25 minutes. Clouds have been turned off, and I am at the lowest settings. This was not an issue a few days ago when I played on .57 on normal settings. It seems to be random.
