My character reached an initial (yellow) cold state in the rain. After running about a bit, I left that state as expected.
Later, I stopped and could see my character was cold (visually Shaking) - Soon after I reached hypothermia which was prompted in red status and the text prompts at the bottom of the screen. There was no cold yellow/orange cold status in the tabbed UI nor were there text prompts appearing on the screen.
