I have been having this problem since Windows 8 and it has now persisted through Windows 10. I can launch my game and enter servers but after trying many troubleshooting processes I continue to have the Windows 10 alert noise to let me know something has gone wrong and my game will freeze. I can't do anything so I have to either use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end process or Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then spam my Esc key to close DayZ which then brings me back to steam and my desktop.
