I updated to windows 10 from windows 7 today, after updating I checked all my games to see if they launch and run smoothly. all my games worked except Dayz. When I launch I get an application error *(0xc010002)* and then the process closes. However when I then try to re-launch the game, it tells me that there isn't an instance of steam running on my computer and that Dayz is already running. this has only started happening since I updated to windows 10 as Dayz ran without any problems on windows 7.

I posted a thread on the steam forums asking for help and all of the fixes people suggested to me didn't work

I've tried 0.57 stable and updating to experimental 0.58 in an attempt to solve the issue but it hasn't worked
