After clicking to climb a ladder with an item in your hands, you will be unable to drag items to your hands, despite them appearing empty. You also cannot use the hot-bar to take out weapons. You must leave the server you are on, and rejoin to fix the issue.

Steps To Reproduce
- Put an item in your hands. It must be an item unique to your inventory, and not a weapon that can be holstered on your character(I originally had the issue while holding binoculars with full inventory).
- Climb a ladder, you don't have to go all the way up, simply mounting, and dismounting the ladder will cause this issue.
-After dismounting your hands will appear empty. The item will either be in your inventory, or on the ground if your inventory was full. You will be unable to put the item back in your hands, or any other item.
Additional Information
- You can work-around this problem by moving an item from the ground into your inventory (if your inventory was full, and you dropped the original item, swapping the "dropped" item with anything in your inventory will put the item you are swapping it with into your hands, and the item that was in your inventory will be on the ground). After this your character regains use of his/her hands.
- When logging out, and logging back in, the item that was in your hands when you tried to climb the ladder will be back in your hands, regardless of whether or not you tried picking said item up after getting off the ladder, or the last item you tried equipping was another item (without using the above work-around).
- It appears as though the item in your hands when you climb the ladder never actually leaves your hands, despite being dropped to the ground.
