After launching through steam a small battle eye window pops up, minimizes, and the game does not launch. I am making this ticket because I am not the only one having the issue after the small patch that was on 7/27.

Press "play" in steam.
Additional Information
Tried running as admin. Tried loading the experimental patch and going back to .57, Still doesn't launch.
After waiting about 20 minutes, the game launched but did the same thing upon restarting the game.
