... And why does it need to be at 200% volume?

Upon starting the game, after the 'This is an Alpha' notification is accepted a very loud ringing sound occurs for no apparent reason. Why? Can it be lowered if not removed?

Can confirm. I have a post regarding it as well. It also happens occasionally when I leave servers. My post now includes my sound card, along with links to two other posts describing the same issue.
