V3S has dedicated spot for battery, but not for plug. But, if cargo is full, you cannot add a battery.

Description

Odd to me that the plug doesn't have a dedicated spot. Even odder that if the cargo is full of other items, I'm unable to add a battery without first making a 4x2 space available - even though the battery doesn't sit in it.
