When i have an item equipped and i put pick up another of the same kind my old item appears in the sky. {F32241}

i had a long horn in my hand and picked up another item replacing it and it also went to a point above a tower. the wooden towers in the woods did not take a screenshot cause that was the first time i thought it was just a glitch
