I was playing on Low texture's quality and i've noticed that you can't see chain links when you move away from it. Or simply dayz doesn't want to load chain link texture until you move closer to it. {F32195} {F32196} {F32197} {F32198}

Steps To Reproduce
Dissapearing Fence:
- Have low textures settings on
- Stand near the fence (litterly touching it)
- Walk away from fence
- View how chain links dissapears or being replaced with dots.
Fence that doesn't appear:
- Have low textures settings on
- Find fence (having no texture and replacing it with void?)
- Move closer to make it work.
Additional Information
This should be fixed as it will simply cover the spot wich any player with decent graphic card can see it though.
