SPAM move forward key, F10 and F11 at the same time without stopping.
When your character starts to crouch for the suicide animation and his hand is at the right side of his head (at the left it doesn't work) SPAM your left mouse button like a madman.
Now you are dead, without nothing.

Little knows about it, all my team used it for a while, but i believe personally for the good of the game we need to get rid of this bug. Hope they don't see me as a traitor if they found about this :)
