Camera Jumps Using Head Tracking

Description

If the cursor/reticle position is lower than horizontal, and head tracking is looking to the side, when you begin forward movement, the camera "jumps" to horizontal while moving, then jumps back to the cursor position when movement stops.

Standing still
Use head tracking and freelook.
position aiming reticle below horizontal while looking forward
look to side with head tracking
begin forward movememt
stop forward movement
observe change in camera reaction while head tracking is held to the side simultaneously with stop and start of movement.
