I've tried assault vests, high cap ones and smersh ones. Nothing. It just says it cannot be used to sew *insert item name*

Hello _M4Z_TeR_.
The issue regarding to HCV and Assault vests has been fixed internally and should be fixed on Steam soon. As for the smersh vest, I will keep that updated in its separate ticket at #0024527.
