Encountered this at NE Airfield, now again outside Novo...
And this one in warehouses north of NE Airfield...there was a medical loot-splosion in them, lots of med stuff (IVs, Needles, Antibiotics, etc.) and clothing (EMT, Scrubs, etc.)...the green scrubs kept bling black and green, managed to catch a pic each way...
Just go to above areas. In the case of Novo, I had just got jumped by a Z, and I guess he caught my pants, but they still pristine in the game...that same notice at NE airfield referred to loot (same cargo pants I as I have on, but different color...I think they were supposed to spawn in less-than-pristine, but the graphic showed pristine, and they reported as that when I put mouse over them, but I got the notice on my screen (didn't get screen shot at the time, sorry).
I am HAFFL in the game and on Steam...

Hello HAFFL and thank you for the report.
The error message is a known issue and has been fixed internally, should be fixed on Steam soon. The loot issues are known and are being worked on. The issues with incorrect textures on medical scrubs are also known. Also, please create a separate ticket per each issue the next time you are reporting into the feedback tracker.
