The item hotbar only shows in the inventory screen and cannot be utilized with the number keys.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Boot DayZ with the -newui parameter.
  2. Place an item in the hotbar.
  3. Close the inventory.
  4. Attempt to view the hotbar with the backtic (tilde) key.
  5. Attempt to equip the item placed on the hotbar at step 2 with the number keys.
