Crouching through nstead jumping over fence

Description

I have had my character crouch a couple of times through the fence instead of jumping over it. Through different fences/servers at random times. Keyboard works fine. The jump works after 4th try. Sometimes even before.

I've been having something like this as well but my character crouches and THEN steps over and stays crouched. That's in .57 though so slightly different case I suppose.
