All loot despawns on sever restart: trucks, tents etc.

Description

If the amdmin restarts the server all loot is re-spawned, trucks go back to were they where in the first place and tents disappear. This really sucks as I can't get a base setup going every time I restart my server everything despawns..

The developers announced persistence to be temporarily deactivated after 0.57 went live. It is not a bug and will hopefully not last long.

Persistence is currently turned off until certain issues are fixed.
