When you click twice too fast (not intended) to check inside closed dressed clothes, they will go inside your inventory if they are empty (try with empty shirts, pants, boots,etc.);
When you click and hold dressed clothes, maybe for mistake, and then you let them in the same spot, they will go anyway in the inventory (try with gloves, glasses, helmets, etc.).
Go to inventory - double click on empty clothes.
Go to inventory - click and hold gloves, glasses, hats, etc.

The first problem you have described currently cannot be fixed, as double clicking picks up the item by design. As for the second issue, we have tested it thoroughly and we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. Also, please report each issue separately next time you are reporting into the feedback tracker.
