Steps To Reproduce
pick up a bottle of disinfectant spray and spray your rags, then try to press the red x to drop the bottle disinfectant spray. you cant drop it.

Same thing happened to me but when I drink from my water bottle, I can see the bottle in my inventory but its actually invisible in my hands. Can't put anything in my hands after that. Had to relog to fix it. Note that I tested to climb a ladder with a 2nd weapons in my hands before that and the gun disappeared, may be connected. Edit: Saw something on an other post and went back where I climbed the ladder and after relog and the bug ^^^^, my gun was on the ground in front of the ladder.
