Cannot farm land with a pitchfork

Description

As per the title, it appears the farming of land no longer works with the pitchfork. I went back to the same spot with a small shover and could farm it, though.

Get pitchfork, Find suitable land. Try and prepare the land for farming.

The pitchfork should not be usable for these actions, therefore everything is working as designed.
