Description

I had a Trumpet in one hand, and my SKS on my back, went to vault and the gun fell, and couldn't use anything in my hands until i re-log. thinking it was a fluke, i dismissed it, but it happens time and time again.

Edit: it seems that, if you have two guns, only the gun you spawn in with in hand is bugged. once i switch weapons, then switch back i vault without issue.

Still an issue in 0.57.128128.. Same Happens when using a ladder in 0.57.128128
