After joining a server with a weapon in hand and one in main slot. I am unable to fire the loaded weapon or set the weapon down. I can remedy this by climbing a ladder which then forces the weapon to the ground. I then pick it back up and the clip shows up loaded in the weapon and it is fire able. Inventory menu won't allow that weapon to be x'd on to drop it and can't force another item into my hands to make the weapon drop.
