I found a Long Range Scope and later I found a Mosin and the scope would not attach to the Rifle.

I imagine I would need to find another of both and that is gonna take me awhile. )

Additional Information

FYI the mosin was pristine and unpainted and the scope was damaged. I dropped them both.

IIRC this is intentional. IRL, you cannot put a LRS on a Mosin, only the PU scope.

there is no long range scope in .56, only hunting scopes and they don´t fit on the mosin

Hello excanto and thank you for the report.
Mosin does no longer support Long Ranged Scopes as stated at http://dayz.com/blog/status-report-29-apr-15 .
