Game doesn't load and hasn't for a while I got a new computer with fake windows was told by people and the BE service if I got real windows id be fine. Got real windows and nothing works still at least all the BE games don't work I included a video of what happens with Dayz SA

I have a feeling that none of this may help you or you've already tried...
- Run day in compatibility mode for windows 7?
- Run DayZ as Administrator from your SteamApps folder?
Since there is no error, I find it kinda weird.
I'm guessing you've already validated the steam files for it.
Also, I'm gonna be very frank with you. "Fake" windows has nothing to do with this. Which you probably know now. So really they just duped you.

Please try the suggested fixes posted at http://www.battleye.com/support/faq/. In case none of these suggestions will resolve your issue and you are experiencing the issue even in other games, then contact BattlEye directly at http://www.battleye.com/support. Also you can try to delete contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and BE folder within your client, then verify data in Steam.
