Hello Lithril and thank you for the report.
We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue regarding fish hooks, the issue could have been caused by the various desync issues we are aware of and they have been scheduled for a fix. As for the filleting sardines, that is an intended state and the option to fillet them was never in the game.
Also, please create a separate ticket for each issue next time you are going to report into feedback tracker.
