When creating a saline bag IV using a saline bag and a IV start kit, the saline bag and the start kit disappeared from inventory but the saline bag IV never appeared. I got a message saying I created the saline bag IV but I couldn't find it anywhere. The 2 items were in my backpack (full). I still had one free space in my jacket.
I look on the ground around me but didn't see anything. There was nothing in the vincinity.
I tried twice and got the problem each time.

do you had any free slot, maybe cooking pot? but if you had no free slot, i had similar problems with anything you have to craft or to empty.
