Walking in a house I found a jacket that I immediatly put on my back. In the next room, I found another equivalent jacket in a better shape. I dropped the first one that didn't appear on the floor next to me but in the first room, where I found it.
I had the same issue with another item (a knife or something like that) previously.

We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. However, there have been several patches since this particular report, so it is very likely the issue has been fixed. Please retest this on current patch and report back to us in case the issue has re-appeared on there.
