Description

I just rent a private server from vilayer ,and i found the follow problem since day one but they never reply my support ticket,Vilayer ignore my ticket over 20 hrs already that is really ....so i post here , hope u guys can help me

1, driving car caused server crash and auto restart
2, zombie not moving
3, no loot(not refresh)
4, item cant be repaired to Pristien , only CAN get worn

and i feel game version is not 0.55.... {F31786}

Simply validate my servers files and problem solved but it's take 1and half days to waiting vilayer reply... This is make me sad.. I'm sad about attitude of vilayer support service

Alright, I'll close the ticket then. It's normal for Vilayer to have a turnaround time of 48 hours on tickets, so if it was a day and a half, then it doesn't seem like they went beyond that time frame.
