When you use item from the hotbar, they get bugged and are unable to be moved around, you can still use them from the hotbar but you have to relog to move them around.
It also some times causes the item to duplicate but only visually. it acts as a single item but can be seen twice on the ground and in hand.
TO replicate put torch in intentory then put it in the hotbar.
use this torch from the hot bar and put it back. do this a couple of times.
open and close the inventory during this process.
After you may notice that you are unable to move the torch around and its stuck in your inventory. you cant even replace it with another item.
