I have only noticed this for the hoe.

StephenHarper set Reproducibility to Always.

StephenHarper set Severity to None.

StephenHarper set Resolution to Duplicate.

Just noticed that if your character is dual carrying guns. The gun on your back also appears on the ground along with the melee weapon.
