Ammo not showing in weapon

Description

Sometimes the ammo in any given weapon disappears and the weapon acts as though it is empty, but when trying to reload, it says it is already full.

Steps To Reproduce

Store weapon in inventory and re-equip it.

Additional Information

The has happened with the magnum and trumpet so far.
