I currently have an MP-5 with various attachments and I noticed that every time I perform an action that requires the gun be placed on my back, upon re-quip the attachments are not shown on the gun and have 'disappeared' until I un-equip and re-equip the gun. This only happens if the game is automatically placing the gun on my back before I perform an action and then automatically re-quipping the gun. This not only happens to my MP-5 but any weapon that has attachments (attachments including ammunition) will lose its attachments through this process, yet can easily get them back simply by re-equipping. Not a game destroying bug yet an annoying one.
