Description

Player experiences difficulty and delay when attempting to exit a V3S from the driver's side. Upon stopping, the player may observe that the "Open Drivers Side Door" text in the Context Menu does not appear. The player will have to drive further until finally finding a stopping point where the text appears.

In addition, upon exiting the V3S, the player will be frozen outside the vehicle for 5-10 seconds before regaining control of the character.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Launch DayZ.
  2. Select Change Server.
  3. Select any Server.
  4. Upon spawning in, search through the map until locating a V3S.
  5. Enter the V3S by opening the door (this may be difficult as well. Door is best opened when standing to the back and left of the driver's side door.)
  6. Start the vehicle by selecting "Engine On."
  7. Close the Driver's Side door by selecting "Close Drivers Side Door."
  8. Drive around for a minute or two.
  9. Stop the vehicle and wait for the "Open Drivers Side Door" text in the Context menu to appear.
  10. Observe the text may not appear.
  11. Drive around further and stop until finding a point where the text appears.
  12. Select "Open Drivers Side Door."
  13. Select "Get Out".
  14. Observe that upon getting out, the player will be frozen next to the vehicle for 5-10 seconds.

Hello Xvash2 and thank you for the report.
We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. This has been most likely caused by the various desync issues we are aware of and they have been scheduled for a fix.
