If you approach any water fountain/pond/lake/etc., you can spam the action key to get hydrated. Even with the animation now introduced in one of the newer updates, this is still a way that many people are getting hydrated.

Steps To Reproduce
The process would be you press action key to drink then action key again to cancel animation and doing that over and over again gets you hydrated in less than thirty seconds.
