While I was a a passenger in a moving VS3, I got kicked due to high ping. I then rejoined the same server and I was presented with a 30 second spawn time. After the 30s had elapsed, I received a console message saying something to the affect of "Unable to load you character at this time, a message has been sent to the Server Admin." I was stuck at the "please wait" screen for ~5min. before I decided to disconnect. Joined another server and was a fresh spawn.

This was on DayZ GA 1-38.... server. I'm not sure of the rest of the server name.

I had a comparable issue. I lost my internet connection while beeing a passenger. After reconnecting it was a fresh respawn without any message.
