Holding chem-light like an rifle. And throwing it makes chem-light dissapears.

Description

So I've noticed that my character was holding chemlight like he would hold an rifle.Breaking chem-light will not render the "breaking chemlight" animation and instead it will instantly turn on. So to try it out, I've wanted to throw it. Chem-light has vanished.

Grab an chemlight, press SPACE, Throw it.

It's propably an easy fix.

NO it will go back to where you picked it up from. I have had this happen as well.
