Battleye blocks dxtory from capturing dayz

Description

when i start up dxtory and then startup dayz everything is normal; but in the battleye cmd box it says

Starting BattlEye Service...
Launching game...
Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
[INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dxtory Software\Dxtory2.
0\DxtoryHK.dll".

the game runs fine and everything but i cant record :(
