Hello orhangazi and thank you for the report.
Due to current changes the item will be called Tomato no matter if its rotten or fresh etc (Same goes for other fruit/vegetables). As for the state, the state does not reflect whether the fruit is rotten or fresh, so for example you can have pristine rotten tomato but also damaged fresh tomato.
